We use personal data entered via the contact form exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry and establishing business communication.

3.2 Analytics and website improvement (Google Analytics)

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), granted via the cookie banner.
The Google Analytics tool (operated by Google LLC, USA) allows us to analyze website traffic and improve its content and user experience. Data may be transferred outside the EEA based on standard contractual clauses.

3.3 Remarketing and ad performance measurement (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads)

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), granted via the cookie banner.
We use Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Google Ads conversion codes on the website to display relevant ads and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This data may be transferred to the USA.

  • Analytical data (Google Analytics): according to the retention settings in Google Analytics (standardly 14 months).
  • Marketing cookies: according to the terms of the respective platform, usually 90–180 days.

After the retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
