The apartment sleeps three and is built for a work stay or a longer city break rather than for a family with children. The bedroom is roomy and bright, the living area open, with a sofa, a dining table and a smart TV.

Inside the apartment

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, wine glasses and cooking basics. Inside there is air conditioning, blackout blinds, a safe, a washer and dryer, a drying rack, an iron with a board and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom is stocked with towels, linens and toiletries, and families can borrow a baby crib and a high chair.

Nobles Tower building facilities

Nobles Tower is among the better equipped buildings around here. Residents have a gym open around the clock, a swimming pool and a kids pool, a sauna and a steam room, an outdoor terrace with seating, and covered parking. There is a reception in the lobby, security with CCTV watches the building, and the lifts are fast.

Location: Business Bay

Business Bay is the office district stretching along the Dubai Water Canal right beside Downtown. A running and walking path follows the canal, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are dense on the ground, and Dubai Design District with its galleries and coffee shops sits just around the corner. Living here puts the centre within reach without paying for an address directly beneath Burj Khalifa.

Location for a work trip

For a work trip the location is practical: twenty minutes to the airport, a few minutes into Downtown, and meetings in Design District or the offices along the canal are close enough to walk. Take a day off and Kite Beach is a quarter of an hour away. We can also book a desert safari or a day trip to Abu Dhabi.

House rules

Check in opens at 3 pm and check out closes at 11 am. Smoking indoors is not allowed, pets are not permitted, and quiet hours apply between 10 pm and 8 am.
