One bedroom apartment for rent in Dubai Marina, at LIV Residence on the ninth floor, with city views and a slice of the sea. JBR beach is a few steps from the door.

Who the apartment suits

The apartment measures 73 square metres and sleeps four: the bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a fitted wardrobe, and the living area holds a sofa bed. It suits a couple, two couples, or a family, and because almost everything here is walkable it also works for guests who would rather not drive in Dubai.

Inside the apartment

The living room is separate, with a dining table and a laptop friendly workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, with cookware and glassware to match. Inside there is air conditioning, blackout blinds, a safe, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi above 250 Mbps. Linens, towels, soaps and shampoos are hotel grade and restocked.

The balcony looks over the marina and catches a stretch of open water. For families with a baby we can set up a crib.

LIV Residence building facilities

Residents get free use of the infinity edge pool, a children's play room, a sauna, a steam room, a barbecue area and the gym. Parking is covered, inside the building, at no extra charge. The building opens directly onto Marina Walk.

Location: Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina is the most walkable district in the city. The promenade around the harbour is lined with restaurants and cafés, JBR beach and The Beach promenade sit around the corner, and Bluewaters Island with the Ain Dubai wheel is reachable on foot across the bridge. It is also the only location in our portfolio served by both the metro and the tram, so even a trip to Downtown works without a car. What else we let here is on the Marina properties page.

Straight line distances, though the nearest ones are a walk rather than a drive:

• Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah: 4 km, about 10 minutes
• Palm Jumeirah with Atlantis and The Pointe promenade: 6 km, about 15 minutes
• Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai: 8 km, about 15 to 20 minutes
• Madinat Jumeirah and Souk Madinat: 8 km, about 15 to 20 minutes
• Burj Al Arab: 9 km, about 20 minutes
• Dubai Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden: 11 km, about 20 to 25 minutes
• Kite Beach: 13 km, about 25 minutes
• Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall: 19.5 km, about 30 minutes
• Dubai International Airport (DXB): 30 km, about 35 to 40 minutes

Getting around from here

The red metro line runs to Downtown, which spares you the parking hunt around Dubai Mall, a competitive sport in high season. Old Dubai and the souks take about three quarters of an hour, and we are glad to arrange a desert safari or a day in Abu Dhabi.

House rules

Check in runs from 3 pm and check out until 11 am. Smoking indoors is not allowed and unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
