Who the apartment suits

The in apartment jacuzzi is something no other home in our portfolio offers, and it is the main reason guests pick this one. It sleeps four, works for a couple, a small family or two colleagues on a work trip, and long stays are permitted here.

Inside the apartment

The bedroom is bright, with quality linens and blackout blinds. The living area has large windows, comfortable seating and a smart TV on a fast connection. The kitchen is complete: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, with cookware and wine glasses. Meals are at the dining table, and the balcony has outdoor furniture.

The bathroom is modern and stocked with towels, linens and basic toiletries. Inside you will find a washer and dryer, a drying rack, an iron, a safe and board games, plus a baby crib and a high chair for families with the youngest guests.

Binghatti Royale building facilities

The building amenities are well above the JVC average. Binghatti Royale has an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a ping pong table, an outdoor grill, a children's play area and landscaped seating areas. The lobby is smart, the lifts are quick, round the clock security with CCTV watches the building, and covered parking comes with the apartment. Check in is self service, with no waiting around for keys.

Location: Jumeirah Village Circle

Jumeirah Village Circle is a residential community with parks, jogging paths, cafés and supermarkets, and Circle Mall sits just under a kilometre from the door. There is no metro, but joining Al Khail Road or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road takes minutes, which also puts the offices of Internet City and Media City within easy reach. Trips further out

Come back in the evening from Downtown or from the desert and the jacuzzi makes more sense than any photograph of it. Global Village runs from October to April, old Dubai and the souks are around three quarters of an hour away, and we are happy to arrange a desert safari or a trip to Abu Dhabi.

House rules

Check in is from 3 pm and a later arrival can be agreed, check out is by 11 am. Smoking indoors is not allowed, pets are not permitted, and quiet hours run from 10 pm to 8 am because this is a family building.
