Who the apartment suits

It is furnished for two, around a comfortable queen size bed, which sets it apart from most of what we offer in JVC. It fits a couple, a single traveller on a longer work assignment, or anyone staying in Dubai for weeks who needs somewhere to both live and work. Long stays are permitted at this apartment.

Inside the apartment

The living space is generous and lit by large windows, and the furnishings include a laptop friendly workspace with fast internet. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and holds a fridge with a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee maker, plus cookware, glassware and cooking basics, so you can cook on day one without a big shop first. There is a dining table, and outdoor furniture on the balcony.

The single bathroom comes with towels, linens, a hairdryer and basic toiletries. The apartment has a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, and spare pillows and blankets. Board games are on the shelf for the rainy evening that rarely arrives in Dubai. A baby crib is available on request.

Bloom Heights building facilities

The building offers an outdoor pool ringed by tropical planting, sun loungers and private cabanas, and a gym in the tower, all free for residents. There is a lift, and one parking space comes with the apartment at no charge.

Location: Jumeirah Village Circle

Jumeirah Village Circle is a residential community with its own shops, cafés and nurseries, so it is a place to live in rather than merely sleep in. Circle Mall is around the corner. There is no metro here, so a car or taxi is the norm, but joining Al Khail Road or Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road takes minutes and the nearest station, Sobha Realty, is roughly six kilometres away. Trips further out

Anyone staying longer will appreciate how easily the wider region opens up. Old Dubai, with Al Seef, the souks and the abra crossings, is around half an hour away, Global Village runs from October to April, and a desert safari or an Abu Dhabi excursion can be arranged whenever you ask.
