Who the apartment suits

Four guests fit in: two permanent beds plus a sofa bed in the living area. It is a layout for a couple who want more room than a studio gives, and equally for a small family. Long term stays are allowed here, and the apartment is equipped for them rather than merely permitted to host them.

Inside the apartment

A tall window dominates the living space and the high ceiling makes the place feel airier than the floor plan suggests. The kitchen has an island and is stocked in detail: fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, cookware, wine glasses and even a rack of spices. Meals are eaten at the dining table, and there is a smart TV with Netflix plus Wi-Fi above 250 Mbps.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, linens and basic toiletries. The apartment has a washer and a dryer, a drying rack, an ironing board, a safe and a laptop friendly workspace. We can set out a high chair for families. Bottled water, tea and coffee capsules are waiting as a welcome.

Building facilities

The building has a pool with sun loungers, a gym and a lift. Parking is available in the garage and on the street, and the apartment has its own private entrance. Our team is reachable at any hour, so extra cleaning or a booked excursion is a message away.

Dubai Studio City is a calm district beside Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, built around film and television studios. Several grocery stores including a SPAR cover the shopping, and the restaurants by the local hotel include Irish Village, Mains and Mr. Miyagis. The real asset of this address is how close it sits to Miracle Garden and Global Village, two places that are a long drive from most of Dubai. Trips and seasonal attractions

Miracle Garden opens roughly from October to May and Global Village from October to April, so in the winter season both of Dubai's headline family attractions are within easy reach. Allow three quarters of an hour for old Dubai and the souks. Desert safaris and Abu Dhabi trips can be arranged.

House rules

Arrival is possible from 3 pm and departure by 11 am, smoking indoors is not allowed and pets are not permitted. Building management also asks for passport copies of all guests two days before arrival so building access can be prepared in time.
